About Me
My name is Suzanne King and I have been working on my debut novel for some time now. It has been hard work and I'm finally getting somewhere. As a teenager, I loved studying English and was inspired to write. I have been working on my novel for at least nine or ten years so it had better be good!My old english teacher used to read over my work and give me useful pointers so i intend to dedicate it to her, along with the other people who have helped along the way.
Born in Liverpool, I lived there for 20 years until time came for University and I ended up in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Not very far away, I know, but still it is hard to tear yourself into two and spread yourself around the families! My boyfriend and I are both students and are currently happy waiting to wed. He is amazing, my Matt. Doesn't mind that I never get anywhere with these books, or that I'm scouse by nature, not nurture! We have been together for almost three years which never sounds like a lot but when you realise you have met that special someone, time will not mean anything.

We are both pet lovers and have raised 5 cats in the last few years. I have a pictures page with them on if you want to see my second (third, fourth, fifth and sixth!) loves. We plan to have dogs later on when we have a home set up so until then we have to play with other people's pets. As we live in yorkshire, there are some of the best places to go and walk around or, if you're energetic, walk to. Recently, we discovered a route to Aberford which has become the inspiration to my new story, back on the Home page.
